REFUND POLICY
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued for any return. Returns are accepted within 30 days. No return will be accepted or credit issued without a prior RMA number from Heavy Duty Air Store. All RMA’s will have related shipping information. All returned items must be unopened, in new condition that could be sold again brand new. A 25% restock fee applies for returned items. Order Cancellations can not be guranteed if order has already been placed and is being prepared by shipment. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and before an order has begun being processed by warehouse. If buyer wishes to cancel an order in writing after it has begun being processed or shipped out, the buyer must ship back the new, unused items in order to recieve a refund.
SHIPPING
- If the product was shipped in error, the seller will be responsible for the return or exchange shipping.
- The buyer is responsible for any return or exchange shipping if he or she orders in error.
INSPECTIONS
Inspections must be done prior to accepting any shipment. The buyer/receiver is responsible for inspecting for freight damage. Any damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery form prior to accepting the equipment with the carrier so a claim can be filed as soon as possible. If the equipment is damaged beyond repair, we recommend refusing the freight. The seller/shipper is not responsible for inspections, the buyer/receiver is.
